Three mates are running from Bathurst to Newcastle — 355 kilometres on foot — to raise funds and awareness for the Black Dog Institute.
The Challenge
Starting 1 June 2026, Isaac, Ethan, and Austin will run the full 355km from Bathurst to Newcastle, NSW — crossing the Blue Mountains and the Hunter Valley over 6 days, finishing on Saturday 6 June.
This isn't just a physical challenge. It's a statement — that we can do hard things, that we can push through the dark miles, and that asking for help is a strength, not a weakness.

Why We Run
Mental illness doesn't discriminate — it affects 1 in 5 Australians every year. Men's mental health often goes unspoken, with many feeling the weight of societal expectations to remain strong and silent in the face of struggle. It's time to break that silence.
By donating, you're helping provide essential resources — therapy, counselling, and support programs specifically designed for the challenges men face. We're running to ensure no man has to fight his battles alone. That's why we're raising funds for the Black Dog Institute — to support crucial mental health research and services that help Australians impacted by mental illness and suicide.
When the team hits that finish line in Newcastle, it won't just be 355km — it'll be every donation, every message of support, and every person who felt a little less alone because of this run.
